Specification
1. Fabric type: Ideal for same bath dyed fabric
2. Component: Blended with multiple polymeric compounds
Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water in a proportion of 5~10%, then stir for 3~5 minutes. Keep stirring as it heats steadily to 70~75ºC. Maintain slow stirring until fully dissolved, then set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add flakes into 60~70ºC water at 5~10% proportion. Stir slowly for complete dissolution, then set aside for use.

Perfect for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins
3. For intermixing with other auxiliaries, conduct a pre-test and adjust based on the results.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded location.
2. Packaged in a 25kg plastic woven bag.
