Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Begin by adding the flakes into room temperature water, maintaining a ratio of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then increase the temperature gradually to 70~75ºC, ensuring complete dissolution. Reserve the finished solution for further use.
2. Hot water directly: Integrate the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC, maintaining the same 5~10% proportion. Stir gently for thorough dissolution, and reserve the solution for use.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC - A versatile approach for fabric treatment offering flexibility and ease.
Technology: Opt for either one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads to achieve desired results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC - Tailored for precision dyeing and fabric care.
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes - Ensures uniform treatment and fabric conditioning.
3. Test intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and adjust processes as needed for optimal results.

1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shady environment to maintain product integrity.
