Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then gradually heat to 70~75ºC while continuously stirring until fully dissolved. Reserve for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce flakes directly into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% ratio, stirring slowly to ensure thorough dissolution. Reserve this solution for subsequent applications.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution). Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC. Effective application with one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads.
Technology: Ensures comprehensive coverage and consistent results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution). Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC. Carefully observe a liquor ratio of 1:10~15. Time: 30 minutes for optimal absorption.
Liquor ratio: Maintained carefully to achieve desired results.
3. Easily mixes with other auxiliaries; first test and adjust as necessary for seamless integration.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool and shaded locale.
2. Packaged securely in 25kg plastic woven bags for safe handling.
