Specification

Dissolving Method

1. Hot water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 5-10%. Stir for 3-5 minutes, keep stirring and gradually heat to 70-75ºC. Continue stirring until completely dissolved. Set aside for use.

2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes into 60-70ºC water in the proportion of 5-10%. Stir slowly until fully dissolved. Set aside for use.

Usage

1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20-30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC-40ºC

Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads

2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3-8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC

Liquor ratio: 1:10-15 Time: 30 mins
3. For intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and process compatibility, please test first and adjust accordingly.

Storage & Packing

1. Storage Period: 12 months in a cool and shaded place.

2. Packed in 25kg plastic woven bags.
