Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Introduce the flakes into room temperature water gradually at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then gradually heat up to 70~75ºC while stirring slowly until completely dissolved. Set aside for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Integrate the flakes into water heated at 60~70ºC at a 5~10% proportion, stirring slowly to ensure thorough dissolution. Store for subsequent application.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Employ one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins
3. For best results, test intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes first, then adjust accordingly.
Storage & Packing
1. Maintain in a cool, shady place for a storage period of 12 months to ensure product longevity.
2. Available in 25kg plastic woven bags for convenient handling and usage.
