Specification
1. Fabric type: Ideal for same bath dyed fabric
2. Component: Composed of multiple high-performance polymeric compounds
Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then slowly heat to 70~75ºC while stirring until fully dissolved. Reserve for future application.
2. Hot water directly: Add flakes to 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% concentration. Stir gently until completely dissolved. Set aside for use.

1. Enhance fabrics with an ultra-soft, smooth, and full handd feeling
2. Demonstrates exceptional salt tolerance, alkali resistance, with a low yellowing property
3. Minimally affects fabric whiteness and color shade
Application
Perfect for fabrics with high salt resistance requirements.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Utilize either one dip, one pad or a dual dip, dual pad approach
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct preliminary tests and make adjustments as necessary.
Storage & Packing
1. Shelf life: 12 months when stored in a cool, shaded location.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags.
