Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water in a proportion of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then slowly heat the mixture to 70~75ºC while stirring until fully dissolved. Set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Directly add the flakes into water preheated to 60~70ºC, maintaining the 5~10% proportion. Stir slowly until completely dissolved. Set aside for use.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: Use 20~30g/L of a 10% solution at temperatures of 30ºC~40ºC.
Technology: Apply using one dip, one pad, or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: Use 3~8% (o.w.f) of a 10% solution at temperatures of 40ºC-50ºC.
Liquor ratio: Maintain a ratio of 1:10~15, with a processing time of 30 minutes.
3. Ensure compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes by conducting preliminary tests and adjustments as necessary.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Store in a cool, shaded place for a longevity of up to 12 months.
2. Packaging: Available in 25kg plastic woven bags, ensuring secure and convenient storage.
