Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gently introduce the flakes into room temperature water, maintaining a proportion of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes and gradually increase the temperature to 70~75ºC. Keep stirring until completely dissolved, then reserve for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir slowly to ensure thorough dissolution, then reserve for use.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Choose between one dip, one pad, or two dips, two pads for optimal application.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct preliminary tests and adjust as necessary for best results.
Storage & Packing
1. Ensure a storage period of up to 12 months in a cool and shady environment to maintain product integrity.
