Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Incorporate the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio, stirring for 3~5 minutes. Continue stirring while gradually increasing the temperature to 70~75ºC until fully dissolved. Ready for use as needed.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% ratio, stirring slowly to ensure complete dissolution. Reserve for immediate application.

Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Employ one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. For blending with other auxiliaries or process adjustments, pre-testing is recommended for precise calibration.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded environment to maintain product integrity.
2. Packaged in 25kg durable plastic woven bags for secure handling and storage.
