- Add soft water to the thickener and stir well to create a thick emulsion. Then incorporate urea, resist salt, sodium bicarbonate, and reactive dye, stirring until the mixture is even and consistent.
- The recommended dosage is 4-4.5%, adjustable based on the specific printing process requirements.
Storage & Packing
- Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated area. The shelf life is 12 months.
- Available in 50KG, 125KG, or 150KG plastic drums, or customized to meet customer's requirements.
