Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gently introduce the flakes into room temperature water progressively in a proportion of 5~10%. Stir thoroughly for 3~5 minutes, then continue stirring as you gradually elevate the temperature to 70~75ºC. Stir steadily until the flakes are fully dissolved, and store for later use.
2. Hot water directly: Carefully add the flakes into water preheated to 60~70ºC in the proportion of 5~10%. Stir patiently to ensure thorough dissolution, and store for future application.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Duration: 30mins
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, preliminarily test and modify as necessary.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage duration: 12 months in a cool, shaded location.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags.
