Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water method: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water, maintaining a ratio of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes and then heat slowly to 70~75ºC. Keep stirring until the flakes are completely dissolved. Reserve the solution for use.
2. Direct hot water method: Add the flakes directly into water heated to 60~70ºC, maintaining a 5~10% ratio. Stir the mixture slowly until it is thoroughly dissolved. Reserve the solution for future use.

Perfect for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Suitable for either one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f.) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30mins
3. For intermixing with other auxiliaries, conduct initial testing and adjust based on the results.
Storage & Packing
1. Shelf life: 12 months when stored in a cool, shaded area.
2. Packaging: Available in 25kg plastic woven bags.
