Property:
Provide fiber and textile excellent soft and smooth hand feeling.
. Cotton and chemical fiber can get good soft and smooth feeling after finishing.
. Can be used for lubricating yarn and make sanding, napping smoothly.

Appearance: light yellow flake
. Ionicity: cationic
. pH value : 4.5 ~6. 5 (6~10% solution)
. Feature: dissolved in cold water instantly, very soft hand feeling
Dissolving Method:
Cold water: During stirring add the flakes into 30ºC water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stirring for 3-5minutes, making it disperse, then leave it stand for 1~2hours, after that stir slowly into paste and reserve for use.
Warm water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stirring for 3-5minutes, heat up to 50~60ºC, then stirring 30~60minutes slowly into paste, cool it down
Application:
Can be used for knit, woven and polyester cotton, especially good for cotton and T/C chemical fiber.
Usage:
Padding method: 20~30g/L(10% solution), temperature 30~40ºC, technology: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
Dipping method: Blend Ratio: Use 3~8% (of weight of fabric) when preparing a 10% solution. Ensure a liquor ratio of 1:10~15 and maintain temperature as prescribed. 40ºC-50ºC
Duration: Allow the process to proceed for 30 minutes to achieve optimal results.
Storage & Packing Guidelines:
Packaged securely in 1.25KGS durable woven bags.
2. Store in a cool and shady environment to preserve quality for up to 12 months.
