Dissolving Method
Cold water: While stirring, gradually add the flakes into 30ºCwater in a proportion of 5~10%. Stir for 3-5 minutes to disperse, then let it stand for 1~2 hours. Afterwards, stir slowly into a paste and reserve for use.
Warm water: Gradually add the flakes to room-temperature water in a proportion of 5~10%. Stir for 3-5 minutes and heat up to 50~60ºC. Then, stir slowly for 30~60 minutes into a paste. Cool down and reserve for use.

1.Gives fabrics an excellent soft, bulky, and exquisite hand-feel.
2. Provides a soft, smooth, and elastic feel when combined with silicone oil.
Application
Ideal for soft finishing of cotton, linen, chemical fiber, and blended yarns and fabrics. Especially effective on cotton and T/C fabrics.
Usage
1.Padding method: Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution), Temp.: 30~40ºCTechnology: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads.
2.Dipping method: Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution), Temp.: 40ºC-50ºCLiquor ratio: 1:10~15. Time: 30 minutes.
Storage & Packing
1.Storage period: 12 months in a cool and shady place.
2.Packed in 25kg plastic woven bags. Before mixing with other auxiliaries and processes, test first and adjust according to results.
