Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water method: Gradually add the flakes into water at room temperature, maintaining a concentration of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then slowly heat to 70~75ºC, ensuring complete dissolution. The solution is then ready for use.
2. Direct hot water: Introduce the flakes directly into water heated to 60~70ºC at a concentration of 5~10%, stirring gently until thoroughly dissolved, preparing it for application.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high levels of salt resistance, ensuring durability and resilience.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (using a 10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Implement one dip, one pad or opt for two dips, followed by two pads for enhanced effect.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (on the weight of fabric; 10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: Maintain at 1:10~15 Time: Allow 30 minutes for maximum absorption.
3. For blending with other auxiliaries and processes, preliminary tests are recommended to fine-tune results.
Storage & Packing
1. Store in a cool, shaded location to preserve quality, suitable for a 12-month period.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for easy handling and storage.
