Dissolving Method
1. Hot Water Method: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water, maintaining a ratio of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then progressively heat the mixture to 70~75ºC, stirring steadily until fully dissolved and ready for application.
2. Direct Hot Water Approach: Add flakes directly to water heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% ratio. Stir gently yet effectively to ensure thorough dissolution, preparing it for subsequent use.

Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L(10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Utilize one dip, one pad, or two dips, two pads for optimal results
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8%(o.w.f)(10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor Ratio: 1:10~15 Duration: 30 mins
3. For intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct preliminary testing and adjust procedures based on outcomes.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded area to maintain quality.
2. Packaged securely in 25kg plastic woven bags for safe storage.
