Specification
1. Fabric type: Designed for same bath dyed fabric

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio. Stir gently for 3~5 minutes, then continue stirring while heating slowly to 70~75ºC. Keep stirring until completely dissolved, then set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% ratio. Stir gently until fully dissolved, then set aside for use.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (using a 10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) with a 10% solution Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Duration: 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and integration into existing processes, conduct a preliminary test and adjust accordingly.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool and shaded area to ensure product longevity.
2. Packaging: 25kg in a durable plastic woven bag.
