Dissolving Method
Cold Water Method: Start by stirring the flakes into water at 30 ºC gradually, maintaining a proportion of 5~10%. Stir for 3-5 minutes until dispersed thoroughly. Allow it to stand undisturbed for 1-2 hours. After that, stir slowly until it forms a consistent paste. Ready for use.
Warm Water Method: Introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a gradual pace, maintaining a proportion of 5~10%. Stir for 3-5 minutes, and then heat the mixture to 50~60 ºC. Continue stirring slowly for 30~60 minutes until a paste is formed. Let it cool down before use.

Application
Ideal for the soft finishing of cotton, linen, chemical fibers, and blended yarns and fabrics. Particularly effective on cotton and T/C fabrics.
Usage
1. Padding Method: Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution), Temperature: 30~40 ºC Process: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads.
2. Dipping Method: Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution), Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC Liquor Ratio: 1:10~15, Duration: 30 minutes.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage Period: 12 months in a cool, shady place.
2. Packaging: 25kg in plastic woven bags. Before mixing with other auxiliaries or processes, conduct a test and adjust accordingly based on the results.
