Dissolving Method 1. Hot water: Gradually incorporate the flakes into room temperature water (5~10% proportion), stir for 3~5 minutes, and continue stirring while heating to 70~75ºC. Maintain a slow stir until fully dissolved, then reserve for optimal use.
2. Hot water directly: Directly add the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% proportion, ensuring thorough mixing. Stir slowly to achieve a complete dissolution, then reserve for future application.

Usage1. Padding method:
Dosage: Use 20~30g/L of a 10% solution at temperatures ranging from 30ºC to 40ºC.
Technology: Employ either one dip, one pad, or two dips, two pads to achieve the desired effect.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: Implement 3~8% (on weight of fabric) of a 10% solution at 40ºC-50ºC.
Liquor ratio: Maintain a ratio of 1:10~15 for 30 minutes to ensure complete absorption.
3. To ensure compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct preliminary tests and adjust based on the results.
Storage & Packing 1. Store in a cool, shady place for a period of 12 months to maintain product integrity.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for secure and convenient handling.
