Specification
1. Fabric type: Same bath dyed fabric

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water in a proportion of 5~10%, stir for 3~5 minutes. Keep stirring and gradually heat the mixture to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring slowly until completely dissolved. The solution is then ready for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes directly into 60~70ºC water in a proportion of 5~10%. Stir slowly until fully dissolved. The solution is then ready for use.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC~50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. For intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct a preliminary test and adjust accordingly.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool and shady place.
2. Packaging: 25kg in a plastic woven bag.
