Dissolving Method 1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a concentration of 5~10%, stir for 3~5 minutes, then heat slowly to 70~75ºC while continuing to stir until fully dissolved. Keep reserved for subsequent use.
2. Hot water directly: For efficient preparation, add flakes directly into 60~70ºC water in a 5~10% proportion, stirring slowly until thoroughly dissolved. Keep reserved for subsequent use.

Application Perfect for fabrics requiring high salt resistance, maintaining quality under challenging conditions.
Usage1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) at a temperature of 30ºC~40ºC. Apply using one dip, one pad, or two dips, two pads technique.
Technology: Execute with precision for maximum effect.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) at a temperature of 40ºC-50ºC. Maintain liquor ratio of 1:10~15 for 30 minutes.
Ensure thorough testing for compatibility with other auxiliaries and make adjustments based on results for optimal performance.
3. Intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and process of the product, please test first and adjust according to the result.
Storage & Packing 1. Storage period: Keep in a cool and shady place for up to 12 months to ensure product longevity.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for secure storage and handling.
