Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes, maintain stirring as you slowly heat the solution to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring until the flakes are completely dissolved, then set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Directly add the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a proportion of 5~10%, and then stir slowly until they are thoroughly dissolved. Set aside for use.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Process: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Duration: 30 minutes
3. For intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and product process, conduct a preliminary test and make adjustments based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Ensure a 12-month shelf life by keeping in a cool, shaded location.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags.
