Specification
1. Fabric type: Ideal for same bath dyed fabrics, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gently add the flakes into room temperature water in a 5-10% ratio. Stir continuously for 3 to 5 minutes, gradually heating the mixture to a temperature of 70-75ºC. Stir until fully dissolved and set aside for application.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into water maintained at 60-70ºC, using a 5-10% proportion. Stir gently until completely dissolved, then reserve for further use.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: Use 20~30g/L of a 10% solution, with temperatures between 30ºC~40ºC.
Technology: Apply with one dip, one pad, or two dips, two pads method.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: Utilize 3~8% (o.w.f) of a 10% solution, at temperatures of 40ºC-50ºC.
Liquor ratio: Maintain a 1:10~15 ratio, processing time: 30 minutes.
3. Ensure compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes through testing, adjusting based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Up to 12 months in a cool, shaded area to preserve quality.
2. Packaged in durable 25kg plastic woven bags for secure transport and storage.
