Specification
1. Fabric Type: Ideal for same bath dyed fabric
2. Component: A blend of multiple polymeric compounds
Dissolving Method
1. Hot Water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water in a proportion of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes, gradually heat to 70~75ºC while stirring slowly until completely dissolved. Reserve for use.
2. Hot Water Directly: Add the flakes into 60~70ºC water in a proportion of 5~10%, then stir slowly to dissolve thoroughly. Reserve for use.
Property
1. Provides fabric with enhanced softness, smoothness, and a fuller hand feel.
2. Exhibits excellent salt tolerance, alkali resistance, and low yellowing property.
3. Minimal impact on fabric whiteness and color shade.
Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor Ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins
3. For intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and specific processes, please test first and adjust accordingly.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage Period: 12 months in a cool and shaded place.
2. Packaging: 25kg in a plastic woven bag.
