Specification
1. Fabric Type: Specifically crafted for same bath dyed fabrics, ensuring premium care and protection.

Dissolving Method
1. Hot Water Method: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then gradually increase the temperature to 70~75ºC while stirring slowly until fully dissolved. Keep aside for future use.
2. Direct Hot Water Method: Add flakes directly into water heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% proportion. Stir gently until completely dissolved. Ready for immediate use.

Application

Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution). Maintain temperature between 30ºC and 40ºC.
Process: Apply through one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution). Use at temperatures of 40ºC-50ºC.
Liquor Ratio: 1:10~15. Time: let sit for 30 minutes to ensure effectiveness.
3. Please test the intermixability with other auxiliaries and processes to adjust as necessary for optimal results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage: Can be stored for up to 12 months in a cool, shadowed area, preserving quality.
2. Package: Comes in 25kg plastic woven bags for ease of transport and storage.
