Specification
1. Fabric type: Ideal for same bath dyed fabrics
2. Component: Crafted with multiple polymeric compounds
Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio, stirring for 3~5 minutes. Slowly heat to 70~75ºC while stirring continuously until fully dissolved, then reserve for later use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into 60~70ºC water maintaining a 5~10% ratio, stir slowly until thoroughly dissolved, then reserve for later use.

Application
Perfect for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. For intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and the process of the product, please conduct preliminary testing and adjust according to the results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool and shady place.
2. Packaging: 25kg in a plastic woven bag.
