Specification
1. Fabric type: Our softener flake is ideal for same bath dyed fabrics.
2. Component: Composed of advanced multiple polymeric compounds.
Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir consistently for 3~5 minutes, then gently heat to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring until fully dissolved, then set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add flakes to 60~70ºC water at 5~10% concentration. Stir gently until completely dissolved, then reserve for use.

Application
Perfect for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Single or double dip and pad process.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. Prior to mixing with other auxiliaries or processes, conduct tests and adjust based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool, shaded area.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags.
