Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce flakes to room temperature water at 5~10% concentration. Stir gently for 3~5 minutes, then increase heat to 70~75ºC, maintaining slow stirring until fully dissolved for optimal readiness.
2. Hot water directly: Add flakes to 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% concentration, stirring slowly to ensure complete dissolution and readiness for application.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Options for one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads provide flexibility in application.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC - 50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes for precise results.
3. Ensure intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes; pre-test and adjust as necessary for optimal results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Safe for 12 months in a cool, shady location to maintain product integrity.
2. Packed in convenient 25kg plastic woven bags.
