Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a concentration of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes before heating slowly to 70~75ºC. Keep stirring gently until fully dissolved. Set aside for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Directly add flakes to water heated between 60~70ºC in a 5~10% proportion. Stir slowly to ensure thorough dissolution. Set aside for future use.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins
For seamless integration with other auxiliaries and processes, initial testing and adjustments based on results are recommended.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool, shaded location.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags.
