Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water, maintaining a proportion of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then continue stirring while gently heating to 70~75ºC. Ensure complete dissolution before reserving for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes directly into water heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% proportion. Stir slowly, ensuring thorough dissolution, and then reserve for use.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Employ one dip, one pad, or two dips, two pads technique.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, perform a test first and adjust based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Preserve for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded environment.
2. Packed securely in 25kg plastic woven bags.
