Dissolving Method 1. Hot Water: Gradually introduce the flakes into water at room temperature in a ratio of 5-10%. Stir for 3-5 minutes, then gently increase the heat to 70-75ºC. Continue to stir until the flakes are fully dissolved. Set aside for future use.
2. Hot Water Directly: Blend the flakes into water at 60-70ºC in a 5-10% ratio. Stir gently until fully dissolved and reserve for use.

Application Ideal for fabrics that demand high salt resistance, making them perfect for various challenging textile applications.
Usage1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20-30g/L (using a 10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC-40ºC
Technology: Utilize one dip, one pad, or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3-8% (o.w.f) (using a 10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor Ratio: 1:10-15 with a duration of 30 minutes.
3. Ensure compatibility with other auxiliaries by conducting preliminary tests and adjusting processing methods as necessary.
Storage & Packing 1. Store in a cool, shady place for up to 12 months to maintain quality.
2. Packaged in sturdy 25kg plastic woven bags to ensure safe transport and storage.
