Dissolving Method
Hot water: Begin by gently introducing the flakes into room temperature water at a balanced ratio of 5~10%. Stir meticulously for 3~5 minutes, ensuring a thorough mix. Maintain a gradual increase in temperature up to 65~70ºC, while continuing a steady stir until the flakes are fully dissolved. Keep this prepared solution on standby for immediate use.

Usage
Padding method: Use at a concentration of 20~30g/L (10% solution), maintaining a temperature range of 30ºC~40ºC.
Technology: Apply using either a single dip and pad method or a double dip and double pad technique for optimal results.
Dipping method: Recommended dosage is 3~8% (o.w.f) using a 10% solution. Operate at temperatures between 40ºC~50ºC.
Liquor ratio: Maintain at 1:10~15, with a processing time of approximately 30 minutes.

Storage & Packing
Storage period: Safely store for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded environment to preserve quality.
Packaged in robust 25kg plastic woven bags for secure handling and storage.
