Dissolving Method:
1. Cold water: During stirring add the flakes into 30ºC water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stirring for 3-5minutes, making it disperse, then leave it stand for 1~2hours, after that stir slowly into paste and reserve for use.
2. Warm water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stirring for 3-5minutes, heat up to 50~60ºC, then stirring 30~60minutes slowly into paste, cool it down.
Property:
1. Provide fiber and textile excellent soft and smooth hand feeling
2. Cotton and chemical fiber can get good soft and smooth feeling after finishing
3. Can be used for lubricating yarn and make sanding, napping smoothly
Application:
Can be used for knit, woven and polyester cotton, especially apply for cotton and T/C chemical fiber.
Usage:
Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L(10% solution), temperature 30~40ºC,
Technology: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8%(o.w.f)(10% solution) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15
Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC time: 30minutes
Storage & Packing:
1. 25KGS in woven bag
2. Storage for 12 months in cool and shady place.
