- Incorporate soft water into the thickener, mixing thoroughly to form a thick emulsion. Then, add urea, resist salt, sodium bicarbonate, and reactive dye. Stir until the mixture is even and well combined.
- The recommended dosage ranges from 4% to 4.5%, adjustable according to the specific printing process.
Storage & Packing
- Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated area. The product boasts a shelf life of 12 months.
- Available in 50KG, 125KG, or 150KG plastic drums, with customizable options based on customer requirements.
