Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gently introduce flakes into room temperature water at 5~10% proportion. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then gradually heat the solution to 70~75ºC, ensuring complete dissolution and prepare for immediate use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% proportion. Stir slowly until fully dissolved, ensuring a perfect mix for seamless use.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) | Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC | Use technique: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) | Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 | Time: 30 mins for effective fabric treatment.
3. Ensure compatibility with other auxiliaries; perform initial testing and adjust as needed for seamless integration.
Storage & Packing
1. Store in a cool, shady place for a period of 12 months to maintain product efficacy.
2. Packed in sturdy 25kg plastic woven bags for secure storage and transport.
