Specification
1. Fabric type: Suitable for use with same bath dyed fabrics, ensuring compatibility and consistency.
2. Component: Composed of advanced multiple polymeric compounds for superior performance.
Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then gently heat the mixture to 70~75ºC while stirring until fully dissolved. Keep the mixture ready for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes to 60~70ºC water maintaining a proportion of 5~10%. Stir gently until they are thoroughly dissolved and ready for application.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance, ensuring durability and longevity.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: Use 20~30g/L (10% solution) at a temperature of 30ºC~40ºC for best results.
Technology: Opt for either one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal application.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: Implement 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) at a controlled temperature of 40ºC-50ºC.
Liquor ratio: Maintain a ratio of 1:10~15 with a processing time of 30 minutes.
3. Ensure compatibility by testing intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and adjust the process accordingly.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded area to maintain product integrity.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for convenient handling and storage.
