Property:
1. Provide fiber and textile excellent soft and smooth hand feeling
2. Provide soft, smooth and elastic feeling when combined with silicone oil.
Technical Index:
1. Appearance: light yellow flake
2. pH value : 4.0 ~5.5 (5~10% solution)
3. Ionicity: cationic
4. Feature: dissolved in cold water instantly, very fluffy hand feeling
Dissolving Method:
Hot water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 5~10%, keep stirring and gradually heat to 65-75ºC. Slowly stir until completely dissolve( need 30-60mins), reserve for use.

Provide excellent softness and rebound resilience.
Application:
Suit for Fuzzing, scrubbing and polar fleece fuzzing .
Can be used for knitwear, like towel,socks and so on.
.Can get better result for washing of Denim, sweaters.
Usage:
Padding method: 20~30g/L(10% solution), temperature 30~40ºC, technology: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
Dipping method: 3~8% (o.w.f) using a 10% solution, with a recommended liquor ratio ranging from 1:10 to 1:15. The optimal temperature is: 40ºC -50ºC
with a processing time of 30 minutes.
Storage & Packing
Packed in 1.25 KGS capacity durable woven bag.
2. Ensure product is stored for up to 12 months in a cool and shady location.
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, it is advised to conduct preliminary testing and adjust based on results.
