Specification
1. Fabric type: Specially designed for same bath dyed fabric, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
2. Component: Composed of multiple advanced polymeric compounds tailored for superior quality.
Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio, stir for 3~5 minutes. Continue stirring while gently heating the mixture to 70~75ºC. Stir until completely dissolved, then reserve for subsequent use.
2. Hot water directly: Add flakes directly into 60~70ºC hot water in the ratio of 5~10%, stirring slowly to ensure thorough dissolution. Reserve for future processing.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: Adopt one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for enhanced results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, please conduct preliminary tests and adjust accordingly for optimal outcomes.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool and shaded location to maintain quality.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for convenient handling and storage.
