Specification
1. Fabric type
: Same bath dyed fabric.
2. Component
: Multiple polymeric compounds.
Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes into room-temperature water at a proportion of 5~10%, stir for 3~5 minutes. Continue stirring while heating to 70~75ºC. Stir until completely dissolved, then set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a proportion of 5~10%, stir slowly until fully dissolved. Set aside for use.
Property
1.Provides fabrics with superior softness, smoothness, and a full hand feel.
2.Exhibits excellent salt tolerance, alkali resistance, and low yellowing.
3. Minimal impact on fabric whiteness and color shade.
Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution), Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution), Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15, Time: 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, please test first and adjust accordingly.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool, shady place.
2. Available in 25kg plastic woven bags.
