Specification

1. Fabric type
: Suitable for same bath dyed fabric.

: Composed of multiple polymeric compounds.

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes. Continue to stir while slowly heating to 70~75ºC until fully dissolved. Reserve for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes into 60~70ºC water in a ratio of 5~10%. Stir slowly until fully dissolved. Reserve for use.

2.Exhibits excellent salt tolerance, alkali resistance, and low yellowing properties.
3. Minimizes impact on fabric whiteness and color shade.

Application

Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.

Usage

1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes.
3. For intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes, please test first and adjust accordingly.

Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool and shady place.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags.
