Dissolving Method
- Cold Water Method: Begin by gradually introducing the flakes into 30 ºC water while stirring continuously. Aim for a concentration of 6~10%. Stir diligently for 3-5 minutes to disperse the flakes completely, then allow the mixture to stand for 1~2 hours. Finally, stir slowly to form a consistent paste, ready for immediate use.
- Hot Water Method: Gradually add the flakes to water at ambient temperature, maintaining a 6~10% concentration. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then gradually increase the water temperature to 50~60ºC. Continue stirring for an additional 30~60 minutes until the mixture transforms into a smooth paste. Cool before using for best results.

Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Choose between one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads for a tailored finishing process.
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC~50ºC.
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes for maximum effectiveness.
Storage & Packing
1. Ensure a storage period of up to 12 months in a cool and shaded environment to maintain product integrity.
2. Packaged in a convenient 25kg plastic woven bag for easy handling and storage.
Intermiscibility: Before mixing with other auxiliaries, conduct a preliminary test to adjust based on results, ensuring seamless integration.
