Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Begin by gradually adding the flakes into water at room temperature, maintaining a ratio of 5 to 10%. Stir continuously for 3 to 5 minutes, then gently heat the mixture to a soothing 70~75ºC. Stir slowly until fully dissolved, and set aside ready for use.
2. Hot water directly: Directly introduce the flakes into water at 60~70ºC, maintaining the same 5 to 10% ratio. Stir slowly to ensure thorough dissolution, and set aside ready for use.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Utilize one dip and one pad or opt for two dips and two pads for optimal results
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes, ensuring thorough absorption
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct pre-tests and adjust as necessary to achieve the best outcome.
Storage & Packing
1. Ensure optimal storage conditions: 12 months in a cool, shaded environment.
2. Securely packaged in a 25kg plastic woven bag, ensuring durability and protection.
